When teachers can actively learning and innovation, and its performance is to improve teaching and learning performance will also lead the school performance, which in turn stimulate the development of the whole national education improvement and progress. In the instructor teaching career, as can play in the work of the vibrant and develop a sense of self-worth and of individual teachers will have a far-reaching impact. It is harmonious passion can enhance the teacher learning and innovation. The study aims to examine teachers self-directed learning readiness of the behavior of the innovative working relationships to achievement motivation theory to explore the harmonious passion adjusting self-directed learning readiness and innovative work behavior of impact. For the purpose of this study, which was adopted the questionnaire survey method ,law and draw the Taichung City public elementary teachers, and the stratified sampling method Issue 400 questionnaires, effective questionnaire 375 Backup Recovery, the recovery rate of 94.25%. The information obtained by Descriptive Statistics, Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA), Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis to verify that the study of the impact of the build-intergovernmental relations. Analysis of the questionnaire results: (1) When teachers ' self-directed learning readiness is higher, they have a positive effect on teachers' innovative work behavior. (2) the enthusiasm for harmonious passion as a regulatory effect, the teachers have a positive impact on innovative work behavior. Through theoretical analysis and discussion, we hope that in the future, schools will be able to understand the needs of teachers and the needs of teaching and learning, as well as effectively improve the self-directed learning readiness and innovative work behavior of teachers in primary schools so that schools can have Long-term progress and development.
