The study aims to examine teachers self-directed learning readiness of the behavior of the innovative working relationships to achievement motivation theory to explore the harmonious passion adjusting self-directed learning readiness and innovative work behavior of impact. For the purpose of this study, which was adopted the questionnaire survey method ,law and draw the Taichung City public elementary teachers, and the stratified sampling method Issue 400 questionnaires, effective questionnaire 375 Backup Recovery, the recovery rate of 94.25%. The information obtained by Descriptive Statistics, Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA), Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis to verify that the study of the impact of the build-intergovernmental relations. Analysis of the questionnaire results: (1) When teachers ' self-directed learning readiness is higher, they have a positive effect on teachers' innovative work behavior.
