As the number of elderly people has increased, the number of elderly people suffering from multiple chronic diseases has also increased. However, due to the degraded biological, psychological and social functions, the population of dementia has also increased rapidly, but the rate of diagnosis is only 30%. It is obvious that most people with dementia and their families are waiting for assistance. Research Methods and purpose: 1.Screening in the community using cross-sectional studies and using the AD-8 Very Early Dementia Screening Scale, collecting 2,165 samples for multivariate analysis to understand the risk factors inside and outside the high risk of dementia Correlation with disease. 2.Interview with 9 family members of mild dementia with qualitative research in-depth interviews, and explore the different life processes of dementia patients based on the concept of biopsychosocial model and the theoretical basis of life history. The important life events of the age trajectory, as well as the biological risk factors within and outside the biological, psychological and social risk factors. 3.Understand the impact of caring for dementia on caregivers and their needs. Suggestion for research: 1.At present, there is no national policy to support large-scale screening for dementia for the community. However, people over the age of 75 are at high risk for dementia. Health units should strengthen the tracking and management of cardiovascular disease patients in this age group, especially Middle-aged people with high blood pressure. 2.Don't neglect the abnormal events that occur in patients. Immediate and continuous medical treatment, regular medication, and strengthening family awareness of dementia will help stabilize the disease and delay the course of the disease. 3.The government should strengthen the accessibility, popularity and continuity of formal resources for dementia and construct a comprehensive care network. 4.Narrative medicine has been implemented in many countries for many years, and the inclusion of this concept in treatment programs has contributed to the development of dementia patients and the quality of life of their families. 5.In the future, various fields can develop the longitudinal studies of dementia.
