This article in the way of systematic review, in published articles, sorting out the factors related to the suicide risk of military personnel, by the Cochrane Database, Elseiver science directy database, Pubmed, CINAHL, and Chinese CEPS databases. The results found that the risk factors for the suicide of soldiers were interpersonal problems, which included tension or interpersonal isolation from parents, spouses, parent-child and superior. Factors derived from the growth process, such as poor academic performance or exposure to domestic violence, also contribute to increased risk of suicide. Physical health factors are also associated with suicide risk, in which insomnia is the only predictor of severe depressive disorder. The quality of life was negatively correlated with suicidal ideation. Poor environmental adaptation in the Army may lead to attempted suicide, and attempted suicide is also an important indicator of the risk of suicide. The frustrated sense of belonging, self-consciousness and hopelessness in interpersonal relationship theory are important predictors of suicidal ideation. Conclusion: It is suggested to strengthen the advance evaluation and screening of suicide high-risk cases, and to promote the awareness and promotion of suicide prevention in the army, and to continuously increase the empirical research, and to provide timely and appropriate care assistance in order to achieve the ultimate safety goal of the army.
