Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 非營利組織管理碩士學位學程在職專班 === 106 === This study focuses on the service satisfaction of the elderly living alone who accept the Huashan Foundation to the House service. and whether the services provided by the Foundation meet their needs for residential care,In response to the research objectives of the Test Service program satisfaction, proposed that the plan can be revised to improve the direction or practical recommendations, Provide reference for future planning and service for the organization or related units. This research uses the paper Questionnaire survey method to collect data, Selecting the elders of the four districts of new north, Keelung, Hualian and Jiayi to accept the Huashan Foundation to the House Service program as the research object and carry on the questionnaire survey.The research results are summarized as follows(1) The overall satisfaction of the House service is high;(2) The number of elders receiving service will affect the degree of service satisfaction;(3) A single organization can not meet the needs of the elders, need to seek resources from outside;(4) Insufficient number of care visits and health activities;(5) Insufficient service manpower to provide stable service volume;(6) Staff mobility affects the satisfaction of service users. Based on the research results stated above, the study has the following suggestions: (1) For elders with high educational level, good health condition and stable economic condition, planning and participating in community activities;(2) Number of service cases need to be staffed and available for service;(3) Using agency mechanism to reduce the influence of personnel flow on quality.
