Stray animals will not disappear after the new zero-euthanasia policy. Most likely they will continue to roam the streets and cause social problem. The reason for the presence of stray animals is the irresponsible attitude towards companion animals and the lack of control over their reproduction. The present study investigated the animal shelters of Mrs. Hsu’s Sanctuary and Li-Feng Huimin V Pavilion which to build on the strength of the brand and to enhance internal and external trust by providing rescue, medical care, and rehabilitation, spay and neuter services and re-homing opportunities for thousands of abused, neglected, injured, and abandoned animals.
