Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 電機工程學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === In this thesis, a high gain boost converter with an enhanced switching capacitor, DC(Diode-Capacitor) Snubber circuit, and coupled inductor is developed. The use of double-mode voltage-enhanced capacitor with second-order boost ratio conversion is designed in the proposed converter. All switches are designed to operate on ZVS soft switching for decreased the switching losses. The DC Sunnber circuit is designed to operate on the ZCS for reducing switching loss and allowing the converter to obtain a higher voltage gain. The computer simulation and experimental results are employed to verify the validation and performance of the proposed converter under the continuous inductor current mode (CCM), boundary inductor-current conduction mode (BCM), and discontinuous inductor-current conduction mode (DCM) operation.
