Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === With the increasing of high-age population and rapid development of advanced medical technology, this study mainly discusses when aging society comes, and blood demand of medical system increases yearly. The Blood Foundation’s media advertising “One Blood Bag, Saving One’s Life” is not only a well-known slogan, but it also makes a significant increasing in the “blood bank center inventory” in the healthcare system. In recent years, although the proportion of blood donations in Taiwan ranks among the highest in the world, the blood donation center occasionally presents a demand for certain blood types or news that a specific event causes blood shortage, such as natural or man-made disasters. In general, most domestic blood sources rely on blood donation from qualified volunteers in Taiwan. At present, Blood Foundation of Taiwan provides three types of blood donation service: blood donation stations, blood donation rooms, and blood donation vehicles. Based on analysis of relevant data such as the number of people in the area, blood donor men, women, blood age population, surrounding mass transit vehicles, existing blood donor stations, blood donation rooms, fixed blood donation vehicles, and peripheral medical centers, this study mainly provides decision support for selection of blood donation sites. The results of managerial analysis can provide a reference for similar scenarios in the future.
