This research was conducted through online surveys that a total of 189 valid internet questionnaires were gathered. Based on the results analyzed by Smart PLS, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have positive impacts on usage and attitudes. In addition, innovation acceptance will positively impact the perceived ease of use and trust, while trust will also positively impact the willingness to use.
