Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 國際創業與經營管理學程碩士在職專班 === 106 === With sharing economies driving the future global economy, it is important to understand how the business landscape will change. This is because all goods and services have the ability to be shared within a community of people. For the companies wanting to enter the sharing economy market, they must be able to connect not only goods and services, but people also. Companies like Uber and Airbnb are leading the market because they understand human centric design the best. Human centric design, pioneered by IDEO, is a core value in the design thinking process for product development, and it is now being used to create services. Service experience engineering (S.E.E.) puts the end user at the center of focus and designs a service around their needs and wants. This thesis outlines design thinking and how current sharing economies have either succeeded or failed in designing their business models. It will then proceed to use the service experience engineering methodology to develop a successful innovative food sharing business model.
