As internet has increasing developed, new technology technique, regulations, new pattern of consumer behavior, and every product even financial product have gotten closer to the Internet sales to reduce the cost of labor and react to digitization in financial trends. Products relate to life insurance cannot comprehensively take place by digitization, but still remain the marketing mode, selling by salesperson. The purpose of this research focused on the investigation and analysis of key required-factors to success of executives in branch offices in life insurance companies, hoping can provide information from employing new people and the cultivation of talent to increase branch offices and improve performance.
This research interviewed TOP 5 managers from 25 branch offices in northern Taiwan of TransGlobe Life (TGL), then captured the successful factors of life insurance execuives from the interview.
This thesis adopted qualitative research and conducted in-depth interview, and we found from the research that successful factors of life insurance industry are: positive attitude, recruiting and hiring, confidence, enthusiasm, sense of purpose, taking action, persistence, communication, concern, reach a consensus, vision creation, enjoy sharing, autonomy, and affective commitment, etc.
