The research project has been done with the form of questionnaires answered by 369 employed female subjects with children. Based on the related documents and professional suggestions, there were three types of scales made consequently, including the Working Stress Scale, the Household Labor Scale, and the Family Life Satisfaction Scale. The data collected from the scales above has been analyzed according to the statistics methods of Descriptive Statistics, T-Test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings are as follows: 1.It had significantly negative correlation between working stress and satisfaction with family life. 2.In terms of household participation, the key factors that impacted their satisfaction of leading a happy family ife were the quantity of time and the frequency of attending children. The study also showed that there was not much connection with how often they participated in household routine, how long they spent on it, or whether they turned to outsourcing housekeeping. 3.In terms of personal variables, the length of a marriage and the average domestic monthly income had a great influence on their satisfaction with family life.
