Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 企業管理學系管理學碩士班 === 106 === “Mindfulness” has gradually gained worldwide attention in recent years. In addition to good results in the medicine and psychology, it has also gradually been applied to management. On the other hand, Leadership and Innovation are both important topics in management field. The relationship of authentic leadership and innovative behaviors were not to be discussed in the past. The authentic leadership’s positive mental states (psychological empowerment and self-efficacy), is also worthy of further discussions. Therefore, it would become a critical research topic for how to use Mindfulness in working environment. The valid 401 samples are company’s staff from Taiwan. SPSS and SEM with LISREL computer program were used to analyze the sample data. The results are as follow: (1) higher mindfulness have higher authentic leadership; (2) higher authentic leadership have higher psychological empowerment; (3) higher authentic leadership have higher self-efficacy; (4) higher psychological empowerment not significantly have higher innovative behavior; (5) higher self-efficacy have higher innovative behavior; (6) higher mindfulness not significantly have higher innovative behavior.
