This research purposes are to investigate how multinational corporations approach to the key Thai market and encourage business to become more successful. Personal interview has been adapted as an appropriate method for this research in order to collect in-depth data with regards to the success of multinational corporations. This has helped to analyze business strategies, business models, and various opportunities that may arise when companies seek to enter into the Thai market. Interviews were conducted with four multinational corporations (Delta Electronics Thailand, Thai Samsung Life Insurance, National Starch and Chemical Thailand, and KKday.com Thailand), and the resulting highlighted various issues; for instance, some multinational corporations chose to standardize some of their business models or operation procedures, and some corporations used localization strategy in order to address issues within the local market environment.
