Bed and Breakfast (B&B) industry was developed very fast, clusters of B&B become significant as a result. This study aims to explore the relationship between benefits of strategic alliance in B&B and local revitalization. The owners of B&B were taken as examples .Sampling was employed for survey scope in 6 areas of clusters of B&B in Taiwan and then discussions were provided from the overall and individual aspects. The findings of this study indicated that in macro aspect, perception of B&B cluster, operational attitude of B&B, place attachment were three elements of strategic alliance in B&B which influenced local revitalization. In micro aspect, the paths of strategic alliance in B&B were different but still influenced local revitalization.
