Method The review of literature is utilized. Results The interpretation which corresponds to the Constitution can arbitrate the issues on the judgments of violation of the Constitution. Conclusion The discussion is centered on how to create the approach of right relief which can be provided for courts of law to make constitutional statements and decision.
