Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 公共事務學系 === 106 === The purpose of this thesis is to understand the current situation of the team cohesiveness and social behavior of the national sports players, and to explore the correlation between the team cohesiveness and the social behavior of the different background variables, and the relationship between the two variables.
This paper uses questionnaires to compile a questionnaire on the “Research on the Cohesiveness and Social Behavior of Team Players in Yilan County” as a research tool, and distributes questionnaires to schools with sports teams in the county of Yilan County. A total of 350 questionnaires are valid. 307 questionnaires were used to analyze the data with SPSS22.0 statistical software. The results were as follows:
1. There is a significant difference in the "team cohesion" in the national sports players and in the "weekly training days".
2. There are significant differences in the “team harmony” facet of athletes participating in different groups of school teams.
3. There are significant differences in team cohesion among athletes from different sports.
4. There are significant differences in the "mutual assistance and cooperation" facets for different training days per week.
5. There are significant differences in the “mutual assistance and cooperation” facet of athletes participating in different groups of school teams.
6. There are significant differences in the social behavior of sports players in different sports.
7. There is a moderate positive correlation between team cohesion and social behavior (.631).
8. The overall team cohesion variable has a low positive correlation with the “care for altruism” of social behavior (.301).
9. The overall team cohesion variable has a moderate positive correlation with the “mutual cooperation” of social behavior (.664).
10. The overall benefit of social behavior is moderately positively correlated with the “team affinity” of team cohesion (.597).
11. The overall benefit of social behavior is moderately positively correlated with team cohesion “team adaptation” (.572).
Finally, based on the research results, this paper makes appropriate recommendations for follow-up researchers of the national sports players, for reference only.
