The Suhua Improvement Engineering (hereinafter referred to as Suhua Reform) will be opened to traffic in phases, which will bring huge crowds to the DaNanao Agriculture Leisure Area. How to deal with traffic congestion and relative issues will be important concerns. After the replacement of Suhua construction, the fast, convenient and safe and comfortable road will inevitably promote the development of the DaNanao Agriculture Leisure Area and the local economy. How to achieve a balance point will be a common problem faced by relevant units and local owners and residents. Through the theory of tourism impact and qualitative analysis, this study explores environmental impacts, economic impact, social impact and cultural impact in the leisure agricultural areas due to traffic and convenience. The empirical results show that the top three success factors of Suhua Improvement Engineering vehicle for the DaNanao Agriculture Leisure Area are: 1. rich natural resources; 2. high-quality agricultural special products; 3. integration and cohesion consensus. The top three expectations for the future development of the DaNanao Agriculture Leisure Area are: 1. The operation of the future Bihou Hot Spring; 2. The overall regional planning; 3. The in-depth tourism of the Aboriginal culture. This leads to Proposition 5 and Proposition 6. In addition, the proposition 7 is derived from the attribute analysis, and the proposition 1 to proposition 4 are derived from the theory of tourism impact. The results of this study can provide a reference for the future operation direction of the farmers in the DaNanao Agriculture Leisure Area are in order to cope with the impact of the Suhua vehicle.
