Minimum wage, employment ratios, economic growth rate, and manufacturing payroll time series data are collected from the Ministry of Labor’s website, the Ministry of Labor Statistics inquiries website, and the Republic of China’s Statistical information website. All data is converted to seasonal data and seasonally processed. Through the ADF unit root test, Johansen Cointegration Relationship Test and Vector Error Correction Model, these data are used to conduct empirical research to explore the correlation between the minimum wage regulation and employment ration together with economic growth rate. The research findings conclude: The proportion of regular payroll is only positively related to the employment rate of vocational and senior high school graduates, the employment rate of college and above graduates, and has reached a significant level of 1%. The impact on the employment rate of elementary and junior high school graduates is not significant. with a 1% increase in the proportion of regular payroll, the employment rate of vocational and senior high school graduates will increase by 0.39%. For every 1% increase in the proportion of regular payroll, the employment rate of college and above graduates will increase by 0.28%. In the M_E1 model, the economic growth rate is positively related to the employment rate of elementary and junior high school graduates, and has reached a significant level of 1%. As the economic growth rate increases by 1%, the employment rate of elementary and junior high school graduates will increase by 0.03%. In the M_E2 model, the economic growth rate is negatively correlated with the employment rate of vocational and senior high school graduates, and reached a significant level of 5%. As the economic growth rate increases by 1%, the employment rate of vocational and senior high school graduates will decrease by 0.002%. In the M_E3 model, the economic growth rate is positively related to the employment rate of college and above graduates, and has reached a significant level of 5%. As the economic growth rate increases by 1%, the employment rate of college and above graduates will increase by 0.002%. WANG, CHIEH - HSUAN 王緁妶 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 53 zh-TW
