Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 創新設計與創業管理研究所 === 106 === This study mainly discusses the factors influencing the learning outcomes of senior high school students and the impact of different variables on the learning level in order to understand the learning status of senior high school students and the reference to the effectiveness of teaching and student learning. In order to achieve this goal, the present study uses a questionnaire to conduct the research and is expected to put 550 questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 499, the effective questionnaire recycling a rate 90.7 %. This questionnaire takes the Leading Behavior Scale, Learning Motivation Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale and Learning Efficiency Scale as the research tools. The data analysis method uses SPSS version 22.0 package descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, Reliability and validity analysis, independent sample t test, one-way variable analysis, testing and verification purposes and research hypothesis. The findings are as follows: 1. Leadership behavior has a significant impact on learning motivation.(not be established) 2. Leadership has a significant impact on learning. (partially established ) 3. Learning motivation has a significant impact on learning outcomes.(partially established) 4. Self-efficacy in the leadership behavior and learning effectiveness have significant interference.(established) 5. Self-efficacy in learning motivation has a significant interference with the learning outcomes.(stablished)
