In the experiment, 24 players from the elementry school volleyball team were assigned to the experiment . In experiment 12 players were assigned to the experimental group and the control group. In addition to the original team training, the experimental group received 3 times a week and 4 minutes each time. During the six-week TABATA Protocol course, the control team performed according to the original team training and did not strengthen physical training. Before and after the experiment, the six skill-related physical fitness announced by the Ministry of Sports of the Ministry of Education were taken as the test targets. The data obtained from the experimental tests were Descriptive Statistics and the Paired Sample t test were used to verify the Differences of competitive bodies in each group. experimental results in the group before and after testing and comparison found that agility, coordination, speed, explosivepower, balance, these five items show significance (p <.05) training effectiveness, and in the group Post-test comparison Independent Sample t test found that in the agility, coordination, explosivepower, these three items compared with the control group showed significance (p <.05). The results of the study showed that after six weeks of TABATA Protocol, the experimental group had significant progress in all aspects of skill-related physical fitness, and there were significance among the five items within the group, but the reaction time ,speed and balance after the control group were compared, there was nonsignificant difference among the three items (p> 0.05). Therefore, the conclusion reached in this study was that the TABATA Protocl Course can effectively improve the skill-related physical fitness of the elementry school sports teams, and the training practice is recommended to increase training cycle and the combination of irritate response training, in order to achieve the all space of skill-related physical fitness.
