Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 專案管理碩士在職學位學程 === 106 === With the slow development of the modern economy in the country, companies are getting more and more vulnerable to operations and profits. Competition in all industries is so fierce that almost every company is struggling to think about how to save costs and reduce expenses. Enterprises cannot seek an effective profit-making model. They often use the modes of streamlining manpower, reducing electricity, telephone bills, and equipment maintenance expenses and other administrative expenses in order to achieve sustainable development. The budget for equipment maintenance costs is also reduced. Has been heard. Therefore, how to choose an appropriate "maintenance strategy" to meet the throttling measures of the enterprise organizations, and to take into account the operation of equipment maintenance to ensure the stable operation of the system, so as to effectively improve the applicability of equipment maintenance and the benefits of maintenance, it becomes a important topic. However, the choice of "maintenance tactics" for enterprises' capital equipment is a matter of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). In view of this, this study uses the literature analysis to find out the reasons for the maintenance decisions of the “full responsibility” contract and the “half responsibility” contract, and then predict by experts. To confirm and revise the questionnaires for each criterion, the most instigated is to conduct a questionnaire survey conducted by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and to analyze the results of the questionnaire based on the questionnaire results. This study found through questionnaire survey that the most important main facet of the selection elements considered in the full responsibility, type, and half-responsive contracts is “reliability. In addition, it is presented in the weights of the sub-criteria. The ordering is “providing alternatives when equipment is repaired”, “risks for loss of business opportunities” and “risk of loss of goodwill”. For the first three factors of priority consideration. In addition, this decision-making framework is used to select alternatives, and the best-preference alternatives are integrated and exported. The case not only verifies the suitability of this maintenance decision model but also establishes a set of feasible evaluation models for the enterprises to make appropriate decision-making decisions in the maintenance contract of the equipment.
