| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職學位學程 === 107 === Since the idea of „Industry 4.0“ was proposed from Germany in 2011, the discussions based on this point of view have become a global trend. This study aimed at discussing the opportunity for Taiwan’s machine tool to build the smart machine tools. Hoping to provide a strategic reference for the development of smart manufacturing in Taiwan’s machinery industry.
This study was conducted through interviews. After interviews and discussions with experts from the industry and academia, it proposed four dimensions, namely, human resources, programming language, surronding collaboration, and information security. After classification, it integrated the perspective of controller company H to exmine the existing and future coping strategies and to guide enterprises toward smart manufacturing.
The research results showed that the cultivation of industrial talent, assisted by schools and legal entities, coupled with the cooperation of system integrators and information security control, can help manufacturers of smart machine tools enter the realm of smart manufacturing and develop smart factories.
