through centuries of history. From Mingyue's agricultural era to the recent
Industry 4.0, Taiwan has created countless achievements, also called as
"Taiwan miracles" – Continue prospering life standard, convenient
transportation system and advanced science and technology development.
However, due to uneven distribution of income, politician manipulation,
coupled with complex cross-strait relations have led to ethnic opposition.
Furthermore, due to the endless pursuit of self-interests, the damage to the
natural environment has caused social problems and caused ruling party
tied up with their hands.
As a matter of fact, there is a big problem in everyone's "spirit"! This
thesis was written base on an inspirational legendary Master Shen-Yen’s
core values which are "Environmental Protection of Mind", "Four
Environmental Protection", "Heart May Fourth Movement" and "Six
Ethics Heart", using the "Dharma Drum Mountain Educational Buddhist
Park" as one of the best examples to demonstrate these values. The idea of
establishing a Park with the Master Sheng-Yen (including architectural and
ideological concepts), the enlightenment of environmental aesthetics in
cases such as "Natural Life Park", "Billboard", and "Coastal Cleanup" can
effectively improve our perception of ethics, natural environment, and to
cherish and appreciate more the limited resources that we possess.
Ultimately, to find everyone’s inner peace, which Chinese called, “Peach
Blossom Source of soul” (Utopia of soul) as soon as possible.
