In the historical background of the National Government’s move to Taiwan, the living place that has been rooted in the ground due to leaving the country.The impress of the era of the military and civilian family, as well as the emotional sustenance of the residents. "Rainbow", because of the prosperity of the social economy and the formulation of urban plans, has caused a drastic change in the surrounding living environment, forcing the former residents to relocate, and the catharsis paintings in the anti-institutional system are different from the general good. The news has unexpectedly triggered the general resounding of the public. After experiencing the struggle to save the movement, the public sector has just faced this rich and literate place, and then changed the urban planning use area, supporting land allocation (children's park, parking lot), and prepare a revised budget, it has recently become a famous sightseeing spot in Taichung. The above process is not unfamiliar to Taiwan in a democratic society, but with the constant flow of visitors, the social issues that are being extended are my concern. Who’s the Rainbow Village? What is the vision? The weak link of the urban environment This study hopes to explore the relevant strategic aspects (space, economy, organization, information) through the discussion of issues, reference to relevant government policy (community overall creation, cultural and creative industries, local creation), and the combination of construction planning and marketing management. ), and draw up the actual action plan, as the most important value text of the thesis writing, and finally conclude the key conclusions and follow-up work recommendations in line with the spirit of the times. The expectation process can reflect cross-domain thinking and pragmatic work plan to create a placemaking for well.
