Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職學位學程 === 106 === The hand tools industry once had top achievements in Taiwan, due to the changing global market trends and the rapid development of manufacturing plants in China in recent years, and the vicious competition of factories to reduce costs, Taiwan’s small and medium-sized hand tools companies have to think about the OEM market into the ODM and OBM market, increase the added value in order to improve the competitive advantage.
This study is aimed at industry analysis of Taiwan's hand tool industry. It uses the SWOT analysis, five-force analysis, and in-depth interviews with key figures of Company A to understand the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Company A in order to help the company improve its competitiveness in the future. And development, based on the basis of the analysis of the problem, suggesting new solutions and response strategies, and summing up case A company's next challenge in the face of environmental competition, the following points:
I. Looking for other developing country markets and different brands of tourists
II. Continuing to focus on research and innovation, do something different
III. Reviewing the control of costs, saving labor costs, eliminating waste and reducing operating costs
