The operator of the brand and his team have to adjust the strategy and modify the principle to catch up the trend of global market. Also, every brand comes from Taiwan, are not an exception.
In Taiwan, the manufacturing industry is the top three ranking of whole industry structure. Especially, a great amount of small and medium-size enterprises are the mainstay of the manufacturing industry. How do these brand and the operating team deal with this kind of huge challenge and struggle in the more and more competing market, a set of precise strategies are the way out of survival.
This research will utilize both SWOT analysis and Six Force analysis to investigate the advantage and disadvantage of a medical instrument manufacturing company from Taiwan. Besides, to provide some promising suggestion and beneficial strategy to guide them on the right track of development.
After researching and analyzing of this research, we found out that the manufacturing experience and customers’ using experience are the very important elements in medical equipment field. In the future, we would suggest that to offer a better quality product combine with AI technology which would be a future trend in medical equipment industry.
