Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職學位學程 === 106 === Under the highly global competition, in order to reach the competitive cost on labors as well as resources, the Taiwanese companies went to worldwide to expand the facilities of manufacture. However, due to the lack of proper MIS system to connect each facilities, unfortunately, the company can not to utilize the resource in order to optimize. Currently, there are more and more structured ERP system with detail integration, by using new Information Technology and coming the resource of enterprise management, it will connect and combine all different functions such like Human Resource, Purchasing, Logistic, Financial, Quality Management and etc to build the complete structure of enterprise management. The different functions can be updated in time correctly and completely, and it is useful for the management team to make the decision accordingly, in the meantime, it provides the ONE platform for multinational enterprise to update all necessary information via ERP system that we can see the benefit of efficiency increased as well as precise cost management.
In general, the ERP companies will provide the manuals; however, since different industries have lots of differences, same manuals can not be applied for different industries. This study focuses on the problems during integrating ERP system, and then refers the related study to define the strategy and action plans. This study further provides the actual contents of current implementation issues and suggestions for countermeasures to indicate future reference materials and action guidelines for other multinational corporations while introducing ERP systems.
