Since China government sought the environmental advantage of this material, it has been strengthen China TPU industry in the past 10 years together with their Red Supply Chain Policy. This tremendous supports form Chinese government causes the number of TPU producers as well as capacity among these producers have been increased a lot. Thus, it brought a huge impact on Taiwan’s TPU industry. This research is trying to analysis the whole competition between China and Taiwan TPU industry and seeing if we can find a better solution for Taiwanese TPU suppliers. The research is based on current Chinese supply chain condition and A company in Taiwan. The research method is based on SWOT analysis and 5 Force Analysis. It is hope to find a good solution(s) for TPU suppliers in Taiwan. After the study, it found that the China’s red supply chain does have a big impact on Taiwan’s TPU supply Chain in terms of cost and then influence the compatibility and survival inside the industry. The A company built up a 4P strategy upon customer value. Hence, it successfully broke through China’s low cost red supply chain. With this experience, it is recommended to apply 4P strategy as well as strategy alliance to other TPU companies in Taiwan in order to strengthen each other’s compatibility to China’s red supply chain.
