How to use the enhanced transformation of environmental power to face challenges of environmental change so that can survive and change in this rapidly changing environment. A good system can promote enterprises to remain competitive, and human resources management planning for talent recruitment, cultivation, motivation, and evaluation should respond to changing times. A good system can promote enterprises to remain competitive. Talent recruitment、train、encourage and human resources management planning should respond to changing times. Understand their own industry advantages and position and break the old system, create a different business strategy from the original, improve the company's centripetal force. Confidence and well-being to attract more talented people to invest, the outside can improve the good reputation. The company is moving toward a virtuous circle for the purpose of sustainable management. The research case was collected through interviews and company internal data, and through cross-checking to solve the current problems faced by the machine tool industry, through the establishment of a clear promotion, salary increase system and regular system health inspection to improve the problem.
