Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 資訊電機工程碩士在職專班 === 106 === Due to the shortage of human resources in traditional industries and the increasing cost of manufacturing and working time, the machines used in the traditional industries are becoming more efficient and provide users with fast maintenance. The purpose of this paper is to make rapid development of industry. In order to meet the needs of the industry, the machine manufacturers can reduce the cost and reduce the manpower. How to improve these problems and become the development direction of the machine. Through the development of this technology to find cost reduction, maintenance efficiency to enhance the effective program. On the other hand, the magnetic sensor technology is more mature, also in the use of simple,so in a variety of industries have gradually seen the use of magnetic sensors. Therefore, with the help of this technology, design can reduce manufacturing costs and increase the efficiency of maintenance of the magnetic sensor positioning detection architecture. This development technology can improve the cumbersome manufacturing and installation processes on previous architectures, effectively reduce cost control, and enable easier maintenance due to reduced component count and improved productivity. This architecture can be applied to the various organizations that need to control the positioning of mobile, instead of the old use of the decoder or servo controller to detect the current location of the organization as a means to reduce manufacturing costs and increase efficiency of effective programs.
