Even the Taiwan National Development Council estimated that population in 2022 is going to grow negatively. Therefore, it would be even more precious for the new born babies. According to the data of annual number of birth, it is decreasing year by year nevertheless the postpartum nursing agencies (PNA) have been steadily increasing. Therefore the PNA service is booming instead of sunsetting under the aging population. According to the statistics from the Ministry of the Interior and the Department of Health and Welfare’s Department of Nursing and Health Care, it shows that the PNA has been matured and well developed in Taiwan. It has established a nursing and medical professional image in Taiwan. Through SWOT analysis, it is clear that a long-term development trend of PNA would be in China. In order to build professional PNA in China, I bring up a proposal to set up a PNA at Taichung and it would be scheduled to start operation in July 2020. This would be a model agency at Taichung as a base to promote and expand to China. LIN,FENG-JYN 林豐智 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 38 zh-TW
