The dentel company is a highly specialized industry. Its service process, market characteristics and product characteristics have many differences from general manufacturing and business. This article provides an in-depth study of dentel business management environment and business status by providing dental enterprise consulting management and core competency theories. It discusses the competitiveness of individual dentistry chain companies, their constituent factors, and influencing factors. The demand for dental medical consultation and the choice of dental practitioners for the Executive MBA of EMBA at universities, are quantified according to the survey results, and an in-depth analysis of the value chain of dental companies is conducted. The basic concept of building a core competitiveness system based on value chain-based dentist business consulting services and the ways and methods to enhance its core competitiveness are proposed.
