In face of the current market needing, the industries need to increase their technological to gain a place in the wave of market. The purpose of this study was #32-50 Harmonic drive, cause flexspline breakage due to less a week of operation with rated torque load. We want to improve life through study. We use 3D Modeling software to design flexspline and use Ansys software to analyze stress (coning ) .Flexspline’s structure afford to alternating cyclic stress and torsional shear stress is typical fatigue damage. Fatigue failure depend on the size of the stress and the ability of the material. The initial damage caused at the location of the most stress. Therefore, we need to find the maximum stress values and position through the adjustment of the structural parameters and find the main parameters of impact factor. We can effectively increase the life of flexspline. The quality of the source material is important, and choice of structure parameters directly affects the life. We can improve quality without changing material. This change the myth of the industry in the past, and this study provides a reference for designing domestic industries on harmonic gear reducers.
