碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 運輸與物流學系 === 106 === The concept of sharing economy is being widely used in global, as the internet technology is developed, most people can share the unused resources through the network platform for others to use. In the Era of the meager profit and efficiency, in order to provide more convenient and low-cost transport services to satisfy the market demand, therefore, some online platform operators are engaged in the recruitment of crowdsourcing to carry out goods distribution operations. That is the concept of crowdsourcing logistics, combined with the mobile advantage of motorcycle carrier into the freight market, the impact of automobile freight industry. This research takes G Company, a so-called logistic version of Uber, as an example to describe the specific operational aspects of crowdsourcing based motorcycle carrier and the existing operation mode in Taiwan through the actual practice mode of operation. By reviewing relevant research, laws and regulations, network news and articles to analyze the pros and cons of the crowdsourcing logistics operation and the effective operation control strategies, and then use Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）evaluation indicators and programs to develop the effective management of operational strategies. We hope the results of this study can be used to regulate the regulations with the times and to propose more amendments to innovative transport services. The conclusion of the study is that the transport decree should adopt an open market mechanism to harmonize and moderately revise the service provided by crowdsourcing based logistics in motorcycle carrier and ensure the order of operation in the circulation of goods and transport market so that new and existing traders can follow the norms in the market. To conduct fair competition, consumers can also increase their chances of making choices so that the overall efficiency can be achieved.
