| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 國際經營與貿易學系 === 106 === The agricultural industry in Taiwan has never faded out from when it started until now. Especially in the last two decades, vegetables and fruits planted by Taiwanese are being exported to the world more and more. Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong and Singapore are all Taiwanese main markets for vegetables and fruits exported. Because Japan and South Korea are ranked as high consumption level countries in the Northeastern Asia, this research chooses these two countries to do research: Japan and South Korea.
It is probably to lead pests and diseases into importing countries when trading products or traveling. Pests and diseases might damage original kinds of plants or even destroy them. Now, the methods of inspection are not only using eyes but using special ways, including steaming and low temperature. However, these ways take times and are complicated, they usually cannot keep fruits and vegetables as fresh as originally they were. Moreover, when exporting Taiwanese fruits and vegetables to Japan and South Korea face problems, such as how to understand customers habits and how to make products quality be even etc. These all are aims of researching.
Therefore, the purpose of this research is to understand current situation of agricultural when exporting to Japan and South Korea by interviews with experts and AHP questionnaires. Then, to understand the main problems on inspection, products, markets and policy. And also, to rank the most important factor to the least important factor by AHP analysis.
Last but not least, the research aims to present better ways to export more efficient. Providing farmers, the government and associating research units a reference of how conduct agricultural inspection.
