Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 科技管理碩士學位學程 === 106 === This study is aim to find how to explore the other sub favtors with 4 existing mainly discusses in big data, and for investigating how influence could Big data do to company operating. With hierarchical analysis method (Analytic Hierarchy Process, the AHP), we conducted assessment which resulted to show if big data adapt to become the key factor to the company operation in marketing. Companies could not only catch the demand of customers, but make dicisions for company in speed, which make it much effective to use the potential value the best in the situation that balance both of the advantages mentioned above. We target to improve the techniques and processing capability, then rapidly intergrate the existing and external information of companies, which helps create new values and brings better competitiv strength. This study maily discuss for the influential factors that big data brings to the overall company operating and whether it could increase higher values and effectiveness, which would be used as references of company and business operating.
