Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 都市計畫與空間資訊學系 === 106 === The management of Environmental Sensitive Area (ESA) is currently facing several issues regard to environment and administration prospective due to the spatially overlapping on authorities, regulations, standard protocols. The issues bring the data heterogeneity which became barrier for information sharing and exchanging. There were studies using spatial visualization to reveal the location and spatial relationship between each ESA, however there were no mutual interface or protocol to well-formed the data, metadata and spatial property during data sharing processes. This causes extra works to deal with data standardization, data transformation and data cleaning while analysis the cross-boundary data. The development of semantic web involved the concept of linked data which has the capability to establish the machine readable relationship between various data sources through a well-defined metadata description language (resource description framework). The geo-semantic also applied in this study using the linked approach to structure geographical data. It is significant use geospatial index to improve the geo-semantic spatial query. In this study, linked data technology and geo-semantic approach will be integrated to establish the ontology of environmental sensitive area, and publish as SPARQL endpoint which support SPARQL querying language. For the case verification, the sensitive area regards to water quality and quantity will be choose. The water quality inspection data and effective water storage will also be collected in this study in order to link the environmental information and management information. Through the lined data connection and interactive geo-spatial querying process.
