In the past, most roads have been designed primarily for cars, and due to the highly developed economy, humans have pursued higher quality of life, better and sustainable life goals, and at the same time avoided destroying the ecology of nature and delaying energy depletion have made transport development more urgent. Its development methods include: human-based transportation (Road Improvement Work), ecological transportation, and green transportation, and are based on the principle of environmental protection. Nature (wind power, water power, solar energy, etc.) is the concept of new energy and will become a new transportation concept for the countries of the world in the future. Now the main concepts have changed, mainly people and the environment. At the same time as the economy flourishes, humans are demanding a higher quality of life and have higher and higher requirements on the living environment. Road Improvement Work, road tyrants, unobstructed sidewalks, and unobstructed arcades are all problems that need to be solved immediately, and how people can walk on the streets. No sense of oppression? No fear (dangerous sense)? With a sense of comfort, this will be a serious problem that must be faced by those who hold power in the future. An analysis of the uneven road in Taichung City's 2015 Construction Bureau has about eight major items:1. Vehicles. 2. Digging time varies among pipeline units. 3. Major projects (frequent vehicles are frequently accessed) 4. The quality of backfilling works is poor. 5. There are too many hand holes on the roads. 6. For road paving works, only the overlays are not removed. 7. The requirements for reducing the construction quality of standing and hole covers have not been implemented. 8. The tree roots have emerged as a problem (blackboard tree). In this study, we further examined whether the implementation of Taichung Road Improvement Work project has targeted the above eight reasons. Will it be comprehensively resolved or can only alleviate the uneven road phenomenon? LIOU,YAW-HWA 劉曜華 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 141 zh-TW
