Therefore, introducing automated production process is more important. In the manufacture of production process, Orange Electronics Company already has a complete set of automated production systems in the front process and final test process for TPMS wireless sensor transmitting, but in the middle of the process, most of the assembly, soldering, solder testing, defective products repairing and extra operations are still using workers to produce and test. To enhance the capacity of the production line, automated soldering platform has been put into to make a small amount of production. In the future, the company conforms the middle of the process, using full automation production and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) product testing. This thesis focus on the soldering of automation for semi-finished data collection and analysis. Right now the PCB semi-finished products of automatic soldering have the following weakness: solder empty, solder icicle, solder insufficient and excess solder and extra problems, this soldering flaw affects radio frequency transmit power and useful life. The middle of the process, especially the way to inspect PCB soldering by manual cannot completely control the connection with the equality of testing in final process. To solve the above problems, this thesis bases on height detection, image processing and electrical detection technique, and classify by probability neural network in order to make the results of PCB soldering becoming recognition and real-time display, finishing a set of system can be used on the middle part of automated production processes with detection and analysis function, also can realize the relevance analysis between the PCB semi-finished products flaws of rate and process.
