Besides, the different background of volunteers in the participation motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are further analyzed the relationship among these factors. Based on the results are provided to museum and future researchers as reference. In this study, the questionnaire is given to 500 volunteers at the national museum of natural science. 450 volunteers return to their answers; the effective recollection rate is 90%. Through Descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Person correlation analysis. The analyzed results can be concluded as follows: 1. The different background of volunteers has the tendency of high homogeneous. 2. The volunteers have high participation motivation; have high job satisfaction and have high organizational commitment. 3. Different background of volunteers will affect the participation motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 4. Participation motivation of different volunteers will be significantly difference in The job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Different volunteers of job satisfaction will have significant effect in the organizational Commitment. 5. A high correlation between participation motivation and job satisfaction, a high correlation between participation motivation and organizational commitment. A high correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
