The reliability level and potential reliability issues of the equipment must be continuously tracked. This study uses the MDCR (Maintenance Data Collection Record) table in the US military technical manual TO 00-20-2 as a reference basis to design a systematic form to assist personnel to continuously record and statistical equipment failure rate and calculate service reliability status. To establish a complete reliability analysis system. The equipment reliability data of the user unit and the maintenance logistics unit, whether the failure rate of the equipment exceeds the reliability target, is used as a determining condition for evaluating the cause of the failure. Maintaining the logistics unit can effectively prevent and resolve the equipment failure problem and achieve the reliability level required by the equipment. This study takes the Infantry Fighting Vehicle as an example to further explore the research objectives.
