Enterprises in the pursuit of sustainable management and diligence, the introduction of the concept of change and enterprise reengineering process (Business process reengineering, BPR) is the key to victory and defeat, and process changes, but also to improve the efficiency of traditional processes. In this paper, according to the relevant departments of the case company's work flow and operating standards, improve the efficiency of the operation process, establish the operating standards. In the traditional industry tool manufacturers are less than the concept of operating standards, so the operating performance still has considerable room for improvement. This research utilizes enterprise process reengineering (BPR) and Failure mode (FMEA), aiming at working hours, materials, functions and tests, combining four standard studies, and improving the operating performance through the establishment of operating standards. The process and steps of reengineering are: Group preparation, schedule planning, data collection, factor analysis, setting improvement objectives, formulating improvement strategies and methods, confirming improvement results and conducting benefit evaluation. The results indicate that the four standards of working hours, materials, functions and inspection standards of a case company can reduce the errors in hardware design and installation operations.
