spelling ndltd-TW-106FCU000310062019-05-16T00:15:45Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/57qyr2 QR code applied to cutter life management-Taking a mold factory Case 二維條碼(QR碼)應用於刀具壽命管理-以某模具廠為例 CHEN,CHIEN-WEN 陳建文 碩士 逢甲大學 工業工程與系統管理學系 106 Abstract Tool is an indispensable tool in CNC machining。It has a key influence on the precision and productivity of the workpiece in NC machining process。And,in the processing cost of tool consumption is also a high amount of expendable resources,and the use of large,various types of tool specifications and processing information is very wide。Therefore,for the production automation process,is an important problem。Taiwan's mold industry in the application of numerical control of the ratio of machinery,the annual trend is rising,in the production process to enter a large number of automated development today,the application of numerical control machinery development is increasing,and tool management more directly affect its use efficiency and industrial competitiveness,as an indispensable link。In view of this,this paper is aimed at the tool flow control of the mold factory,using case study method,barcode coding and scanning,as well as Thunder Shootout engraved。 The results of this paper indicate: using two-dimensional barcode and laser carving technology,and tool management system to link,tool identification,access and discard management,tool life tracking functions,It can effectively replace the original model of artificial operation identification,and can reduce the errors caused by the abnormal work,reduce the waiting and possible errors of manpower,material and machine,and then reduce the extra cost of the production process,and provide the competitive advantage for mold price and delivery.
