In the past, traditional businesses would reduce costs by predicting customer preferences and demand, driven by the mass production of "push (PUSH) production" by upstream suppliers in the supply chain. Nowadays, the rise of e-commerce will gradually shift to "PULL production" with the value required by customers as its mainstay. This means that the focus of e-commerce development will shift to consumers in the downstream of the supply chain. Any changes in the downstream consumers will affect the operation of the supply chain. The relationship between e-commerce and supply chain management (SCM) There is a close relationship. In addition, e-Business (B2B) between enterprises can provide the speed of information transmission among enterprises, and then link up and strengthen the cooperation and information flow among supply chains. So how to use e-commerce and supply chain management (SCM) will be an important key to business growth. The purpose of this study is to explore the application and role of supply chain in e-commerce. The research method is based on a case study to understand the current performance of e-commerce and its supply chain, and discuss the key factors that influence the success of e-commerce and supply chain management (SCM) A strategic direction and planning recommendations.
