Data are collected from patients currently receiving treatment with Methadone replacement therapy to clarify the relationship between the relevant concepts. 136 patients were included in the study. The data obtained will be analyzed using SPSS software package. Research findings: the subjects generally hold a high degree of irrational beliefs about drug abuse, presented a high degree of craving for drugs and are not absolutely sure of their ability to resist drugs in various life situations. Additionally, the study showed that there was a statistically significant correlation (p<0.001) between scales and scales among drug abuse beliefs, drug cravings, and refusal of self-efficacy. With regard to Drug abuse beliefs, drug cravings, and predictive factor testing of substance use situations (refusal of self-efficacy), the most predictable variant of drug abuse beliefs is drug cravings, followed by rejection of refusal of self-efficacy and age ≥ 50 years. Only drug abuse beliefs (p > 0.001) is a predictor of drug cravings. In terms of substance use situations (refusal of self-efficacy), men are currently the most significant interpreters of the variability in the scores of substance use situations (refusal of self-efficacy), followed by drug abuse beliefs, uneducated/children’s primary and first-time heroin use. The results of this study will provide evidences to health care professionals who caring such patients. The results can also be the references of curriculum design and planning for nursing education and clinical in-service training. With regard to prevention and treatment of drug abuse and the effectiveness of the treatment of Methadone maintenance treatment, the results can also helpful.
