Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 觀光餐旅碩士在職學位學程 === 106 === The study aimed to investigate the correlates of dietary behavior, sleeping quality and negative emotion among the senior students in different BMI. The study population consisted of 5th and 6th grades in Xinfeng Town, Hsinchu county. There are 210 valid questionnaires by purposive sampling. The results are as follows:(1)The sixth-grade girls had better dietary behavior and negative emotion; the higher the degree of education for the main caregiver, the better their dietary behavior.(2)The elementary school students need to improve their dietary behaviors by eating something other than three meals and eating high-salt, high-sugar and high-calorie foods. The common sleeping problems are difficulty falling asleep, waking up earlier than scheduled, and staying in bed; The main source of emotion is the inability to face difficulties and control of anger.(3)There was significant positive correlation between dietary behavior, sleeping quality and negative emotion. The results showed that the poorer the dietary behavior, the worse the sleeping quality, the more negative emotion of sleeping quality, the more negative emotion, the worse the dietary behavior.(4) The results showed that sleeping quality and negative emotion can predict dietary behavior which can explain 20.8% of the total variance, while BMI levels had no significant effect on dietary behavior.(5) Special attention should be paid to the dietary behavior and sleeping quality of overweight students; special attention should be paid to the negative emotions of underweight students.
