Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 環境工程學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The related fire-protection area division in Taiwan is in the charge of competent authority of construction and fire control organ and the relevant regulations are respectively formulated in Building Technical Regulations and fire control and safety equipment setting standards for various sites. So, it is difficult to clarify the design and construction supervision rights of special technicians. The fire-protection blocking has always been lacking the complete design procedure for a long time and there are no calculation parameters for the usage amount of penetration joint sealing materials to follow. This research established a set of design procedure of fire-protection blocking and gained the usage amount and percentage of penetration joint sealing materials of the research subjects. First of all, the building’s fire compartment drawing was completed according to the relevant laws and regulations; then the power, water supply and drainage, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire control, weak current and the penetrated part of fire compartment were integrated and the suitable fire-protection blocking construction method was selected according to the letter of notice approved by ministry of the interior. The usage amount of penetration joint sealing materials was calculated on the basis of the implementation area of fire-protection blocking and detailed drawing of construction method and the engineering budge statement was made by reference to the unit price. According to the research results, in terms of the use of the space of the penetrated part, the proportion of the penetration joint sealing materials in each space is respectively: Taiwan Power Company switching room and other electromechanical spaces, 0.02%, for pipe space, 0.52%, for elevator hall, 0.001%, for staircase, 0.01%, for shop, 0.0002% and for corridor, 0.02%. As for the project of penetrating the pipeline, for fire control , 0.05%, for water supply and drainage, 0.24%, for power, 0.04%, for weak current, 0.04% and for intake and exhaust, 0.02%. The above-mentioned procedure can be quoted by the industrial circle as the design procedure of fire-protection blocking. The quantity and percentage of penetration joint sealing materials can be used by the relevant engineering units as the reference of cost budgeting.
