This study furtherly discussed the influences affected by the personal background. The practical solutions are proposed, too. The questionnaires are applied to public kindergartens in Changhua County. Then descriptive statistics, independent-sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient are used to analyze the collected data. Based on the analysis, this study concludes as following. As a whole, the overall performance of public kindergarten teachers in Changhua County in disaster prevention literacy is positive. And the disaster prevention teaching behavior has high frequency, too. As different background variable, there are significant differences between the disaster prevention skills and preparation for disaster prevention teaching for public kindergarten teachers who hold different positions. Also, public kindergarten teachers using different teaching modes have significant differences in their disaster prevention teaching behavior. There are significant differences in the overall performance of disaster prevention education and teaching behaviors among public kindergarten teachers “whether they have taken credits or courses related to disaster prevention education”. There are significant differences in the performance of disaster prevention knowledge among public kindergarten teachers “whether they experience disasters in person”. For connection of all aspects there are significant positive correlations between disaster prevention literacy and teaching behavior of public kindergarten teachers in Changhua County.
