In recent years, with the flourishing issues of the network communication interface, the concept of community linkage, and the knowledge sharing, teahers should be able to apply them to teaching and learning, and enhance the interaction through the participation of the teachers’ website communities. This study is to understand the current situation of the interaction and the knowledge sharing among the teachers in the teachers’ website communities, and to compare the the differences among the variables with different backgrounds. This study is conducted by means of questionares, to explore the impact of the website Interactivity of the teachers’ teaching communities on the process of knowledge sharing. According to regression analysis results, the interaction among the elementary school teachers in the teachers’ website communities is positively and significantly correlated with knowledge sharing. With the statistical analysis of SPSS 22.0, the calibration methods comprise Descriptive Statistics, simple t-test, one-wayANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis and Regression. Major research findings are as follows: 1. The proportion of teachers participating in the networkteaching community is the highest in the form tutor. 2. Web-teaching Community Interactivity among the teachers in the teachers’ website communities on their knowledge sharing is above moderate. 3. The interaction of the teaching community of the nationalsmall teachers and the knowledge sharing with the middledegree positive correlation. 4.
